2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by UpCloud Oy (Finland) on a server in Madrid, Spain. Access data including IP address, time, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer and browser information are processed to operate the website securely, investigate errors and prevent attacks (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our legitimate interest is the security and availability of the website.

IP addresses are truncated during daily log rotation. Regular server logs are normally deleted or overwritten after approximately seven to eight days. Relevant data may be retained longer where necessary to investigate security incidents.

3. Contact

When you contact us, we process your email address, subject and message to handle and answer your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or, where applicable, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests). Our legitimate interest is correspondence with people contacting us.

Messages are stored in the email system as long as necessary to process the enquiry or comply with legal obligations. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently configured. Email transmission may involve communication partners' mail servers. Contact is voluntary; a reachable email address is needed for a reply.

4. Cookies and abuse prevention

Content pages do not use cookies. The contact form uses a strictly necessary session cookie to prevent unauthorised submissions. It lasts for the browser session. No tracking cookies or client-side web analytics are used.

To prevent abuse, a pseudonymous identifier derived from the connection IP address and associated timestamps are stored (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These data are normally deleted approximately 26 to 27 hours after the last modification. Technical delays are possible.

5. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and, where applicable, data portability. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
